| Northland Hospice &
Palliative Care was founded in 1983 as a non-profit hospice provider. We serve
individuals and families by offering choice in care, dignity in the dying process, and
support for physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Care is provided to families in
Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Munds Park and many other northern Arizona
communities. |

compassionate care, comfort, and bereavement support during the changing phases of
incurable disease so that individuals and their families may live each day to the fullest. |
